NYFW: VPL Fall 2012
Staying true to her usual, Victoria Bartlett’s collection displayed a palette of neutrals. Front to back color blocking, and tons of layers dominated her looks as well. I liked the occasional pop of yellow sporadically spread throughout the clothes.
My absolute favorite part of the collection though, was the knits. I LOVED the oversize sweaters the models simply shrugged on. The other side of the knits was form fitting, braided details on one piece garments. It was very intricate and very well done.
